Using the Myers product, originators can place FSBO listings and open house schedules on their Web site and market them to prospective homebuyers. Originators can also pre-qualify potential homebuyers and originate a mortgage for the next home the seller is looking to purchase. Myers is also providing an optional subscription service that offers a daily list of new FSBO home listings.
