Schreiber rewarded for ABC growthmortgagepress.comAmerican Brokers Conduit, Schreiber, wholesale lending Lisa Schreiber has been promoted to wholesale executive vice president of American Brokers Conduit (ABC), the wholesale lending arm of American Home Mortgage (AHM). She is responsible for growing the division by working with all AHM departments that impact production. Most recently, Schreiber, who joined AHM in 2002, served as ABC's chief administrative officer. She came to the company from Bank of America, where she was southeast regional vice president. Earlier, she served as regional vice president of Arbor National Mortgage and held positions at MGIC in northern New Jersey and Dominion Bankshares in northern Virginia. "At AHM, we are able to impact and develop our programs in anticipation of market changes, which has resulted in the rapid growth of both our parent and our wholesale channel," said Schreiber. Schreiber has served on the Maryland Association of Mortgage Brokers Board of Directors and is a member of numerous broker associations, often appearing as a featured industry speaker.
