NAMB Partners With WeeklyroadMAP On Broker Training

Members gain trial access and preferred pricing for weekly market analysis, sales coaching, AI guidance, and industry speakers

The National Association of Mortgage Brokers (NAMB) is adding weekly market analysis and sales training to its member benefits through a new partnership with WeeklyroadMAP.

NAMB members will receive free trial access to WeeklyroadMAP through its Explorer membership tier, along with preferred pricing for its paid Navigator membership. The organizations did not disclose the discounted membership price.

WeeklyroadMAP holds live strategy sessions every Friday at noon ET for mortgage brokers, loan originators, sales professionals, and referral partners. Sessions feature market analysis, industry speakers, sales and lead-conversion strategies, social media guidance, AI instruction, and professional development.

Members also receive session replays, weekly market presentations, and access to a private professional community.

The partnership gives NAMB another channel for delivering timely education to mortgage brokers navigating affordability constraints, regulatory developments, shifting borrower demand, and increased competition for purchase business. Holding the sessions on Fridays is intended to help originators prepare for borrower and referral-partner conversations heading into the weekend.

“At the pace that today’s environment is moving in, between legislative measures, regulatory compliance to housing affordability, our members need access to up-to-date information to help mortgage professionals evolve during these transitional times,” NAMB President Kimber White said.

WeeklyroadMAP was founded by mortgage industry veteran Brian Hale, CEO of Mortgage Advisory Partners.

“The WeeklyroadMAP was built to help loan officers have better conversations with borrowers — ones rooted in clarity, trust, and genuine financial guidance,” Hale said. “Together with NAMB, we’re putting that capability in the hands of even more professionals who are committed to serving their clients well.”

NAMB members can access the offer through a dedicated registration page established by WeeklyroadMAP.
