Fannie Mae chooses AllRegs as exclusive provider of multifamily AllRegs, Multifamily Guides, delegated underwriting service, negotiated transactions guides Fannie Mae has selected AllRegs, publisher of searchable guidelines for residential mortgage lenders, to be the exclusive provider of its Multifamily Guides. The Delegated Underwriting and Servicing (DUS) and Negotiated Transactions Guides are no longer available on paper. Lenders can now obtain the guides from AllRegs on CD-ROM for use in either a Windows environment or a browser version for corporate intranets. The guides will also be available online from AllRegs in the coming months. "We are pleased that our Multifamily Guides will be available from AllRegs, because the AllRegs technology provides many benefits for our lenders and other industry partners," said Lou Hoyes, Fannie Mae's Senior Vice President of Multifamily Lending and Investment. "AllRegs provides the high-speed search and retrieval capabilities Fannie Mae customers need. AllRegs also has a plan to offer its services over the Internet, which is right in line with Fannie Mae's E-commerce business objectives." First introduced in 1989, AllRegs is used in more than 7,000 locations and by more than 90% of the top 100 lenders.
