Lender relationship management: A new and evolving lynchpin of broker success

Criteria to qualify include a broker's number of loan submissions, the number of loans submitted compared to the number of loans that close, and the number of funded units. By being selected as a broker of the month, WLO waives the lender fees for a month in addition to posting the broker's photograph and contact information on WLO's Web site, www.wholesalelendingonline.com. February marked the official start of the program, which hailed Bill Anderson of Paradise Financial Group as the program's first recipient. To date, the organization has completed a transaction volume in excess of $436 million, working with more than 200 brokers.
