The ChannelMaster 3.5 software enables lenders to extend ChannelMaster's point-of-sale capabilities to real estate agencies, builders and other affinity partners, allowing banks to centrally view and manage their loan pipeline across all channels. ChannelMaster provides collaboration for lenders and their affinity partners, thereby automating the transactions required to originate a loan. ChannelMaster 3.5 introduces an organization management capability that allows lenders to define their organizational hierarchy, create collaborative workgroups, define business relationships between organizational entities, define user roles and permissions, and create Web-based origination dashboards for affinity and partner companies. These dashboards are fully integrated with the lender's own ChannelMaster system, allowing partner companies to collect and transfer borrower contact information, pre-qualify borrowers, compare basic rate and price data, compare scenarios, and convert scenarios to loans. Lenders can extend their channels to non-mortgage partners in a manner that ensures full RESPA compliance by configuring access controls and permissions that govern what those agents can view and transact. In addition, partner companies are able to retain their own content and branding throughout the entire loan origination process. Headquartered in San Mateo, Calif., Dorado Corporation provides Web services-based systems to the home lending industry. For more information, call (650) 227-7300 or visit www.dorado.com.
