California industry appointments update - 09/07/2006MortgagePress.comCalifornia mortgage industry positions, ResMAE, IndyMac, Old Republic TItle - ResMAE Mortgage Corporation has appointed James Deane regional vice president for portions of Southern California and the entirety of Oregon and Washington. - Old Republic Title Company has appointed Debra Dennington senior vice president, Yolo County manager. - IndyMac Bank has made the following corporate appointments: Ajit S. Kumar to vice president, earth products and technology, architecture and tools; Dale A. Lazerson to first vice president, corporate real estate; Jim Scanlan to senior vice president, information technology; Vidwat Thakar to vice president, information technology, technical solution design; and Jodi Barcelona, vice president, chief of staff of its Financial Freedom division. IndyMac Bank has made the following appointments within its mortgage bank: Elizabeth Enriquez and Matt Sipowicz; Andrew Duffell and Louis Wellmeier; Elvira Henderson; and Tom Rodzewich to business development managers for the Wholesale Lending Division's Irvine, San Ramon, Ontario and Pasadena, Calif. regions, respectively, and Randy Willox to regional president for the Wholesale Lending Division's Irvine, Calif. region.
