Velocity appoints Rob Weening as CFO

OpenClose Solutions appoints Emminger and Hemmingway as regional sales managersMortgagePress.comOpenClose Solutions, mortgage software, regional sales managers, Kenneth Emminger, Cheryl Hemmingway OpenClose Solutions, developers of Web-based, end-to-end mortgage software for lenders, has announced the addition of Kenneth Emminger and Cheryl Hemmingway as the companys newest regional sales managers. Emminger will manage sales efforts in the Southeast, the Midwest and San Diego, Calif. Hemmingway will concentrate on selling to lenders in the Pacific Northwest, Rocky Mountain region, North Atlantic states and northern California. Emminger brings to OpenClose more than 15 years experience in the mortgage industry, with the last four years as the chief financial officer and vice president of Secondary Marketing for Carlsbad, Calif.-based Empire Bancorp. He has also been involved in founding three start-up mortgage companies, including Empire Bancorp, which grew to $750 million in production. Hemmingway brings more than 12 years of mortgage sales experience to OpenClose, including sales roles at St. Louis-based Citigroup and West Hills, Calif-based Countrywide Home Loans Correspondent Lending Division.
