Wolters Kluwer Financial helps lenders and borrowers simplify closing process
Informative Research introduces new credit report and credit reporting featureMortgagePress.comreverse mortgage originations, borrower credit, property information
Informative
Research has introduced a new credit report designed
exclusively for reverse mortgage originations. The report provides
a mix of borrower credit and property information that can help
reverse mortgage professionals "fast-forward" to a more streamlined
closing.
The new report consolidates FICO scores, mortgage-related
tradelines, collections and employment data. It was created in
response to the nationwide rise in reverse mortgage activity.
Informative Research will also be offering a new Credit
Advantage feature, provided free of charge on every Informative
Research credit report. The Credit Advantage feature presents high,
middle and low scores from all three credit bureaus in an
easy-to-read table on the first page. Links below each score
provide single-click access to the companys online credit
simulation and optimization service offerings.
Developed to help originators quickly identify the "middle," or
medium scores used by many lenders to calculate borrower interest
rates and determine loan program eligibility, the Credit Advantage
feature saves valuable processing time. It places important bureau
data up front and eliminates the need for a prolonged review of
other borrower information, including collection accounts,
bankruptcies, tax liens, foreclosures, wage garnishments, lawsuits
and judgments that may be considered secondary to credit
scores.
Garden Grove, Calif.-based Informative Research is a provider of
credit and mortgage-related information to the lending community.
