Oregon publishes content for inclusion in foreclosure noticeMortgagePress.comOregon Department of Consumer and Business Services, HB 3630
The Oregon Department of
Consumer and Business Services has published emergency rules
regarding the content of foreclosure notices. Oregon recently
enacted HB 3630, which contains a foreclosure notice that must be
provided to homeowners facing foreclosure. Under the bill, the
Department of Consumer and Business Services was required to adopt
contact information for inclusion in the form. The emergency rules
set out the statewide contact telephone number for the Department,
the telephone numbers and Web site address for the Oregon state
bar's lawyer referral service, and the Web site address for a
directory of legal aid programs. For a copy of the rule, please
