Oregon publishes content for inclusion in foreclosure noticeMortgagePress.comOregon Department of Consumer and Business Services, HB 3630 The Oregon Department of Consumer and Business Services has published emergency rules regarding the content of foreclosure notices. Oregon recently enacted HB 3630, which contains a foreclosure notice that must be provided to homeowners facing foreclosure. Under the bill, the Department of Consumer and Business Services was required to adopt contact information for inclusion in the form. The emergency rules set out the statewide contact telephone number for the Department, the telephone numbers and Web site address for the Oregon state bar's lawyer referral service, and the Web site address for a directory of legal aid programs.
