HUD issues HECM for purchase program guidance

Deborah Robertson, sales manager Deborah Robertson has joined Plaza Home Mortgage in the position of sales manager, tasked with business development in the New York and New Jersey markets. Robertson began her successful mortgage lending career in 1991 as a retail customer service representative with Transamerica Financial Services in San Gabriel, Calif. She later moved to Long Beach Mortgage, which was acquired by Washington Mutual in 1999. Deborah was with WaMu until the wholesale division closed in June 2008. Deborah will report to Plaza's Jacksonville, Fla. branch. Patrick Haywood, account executive Patrick Haywood has joined Plaza Home Mortgage in the position of account executive in the compnay's newly-opened Chicago Branch. Most recently with Webster Bank, Mr. Haywood began his mortgage lending career as an account executive in 2002. He has a degree in finance from Michigan State University. Lynn Pietrucha, account executive Lynn Pietrucha has joined Plaza as an account executive in its newly-opened Chicago branch. Ms. Pietrucha began her mortgage lending career in 1984, and has worked with Plaza's Chicago regional manager, Shelley Fryman, for over 20 years. Most recently with Webster Bank, Lynn has also held positions with Talman Home Mortgage, Center Bank, First Union and New America. She earned a bachelor of arts degree from Otterbein College in Columbus, Ohio. Karen Risch, account executive Karen Risch has joined Plaza in the position of account executive in Plaza's newly-opened Chicago branch. Ms. Risch joins Plaza after nearly six years with Webster Bank. She began her successful industry career in 1989 with Century 21 Mortgage, and has also worked with Capitol Commerce Mortgage, First Magnus and SCME. Madonna Burns, account executive Madonna Burns has joined Plaza as account executive in the company's newly-opened Chicago Branch. Most recently with Webster Bank, Ms. Burns began her successful mortgage in 1994 as a loan officer at First Nationwide Bank, and has also held positions with InterFirst, CMAC and WestAmerica. Her experience, product knowledge and focus on customer service and quality loans will prove to be a great asset to Plaza and its broker-partners. Karen Thompson, underwriting manager Karen Thompson has joined Plaza in the position of Underwriting Manager in the company's newly-opened Chicago branch. Thompson began her successful industry career in 1985, and during that time has worked for GreenPoint, MGIC and most recently, Webster Bank. She is a DE and LAPP-approved underwriter, and was selected as 2007's "Underwriting Manager of the Year" by the Illinois Association of Mortgage Professionals.
