Lenders One Adds Two SVPs To Expand Mortgage Fulfillment
Stephen Boney will oversee origination operations, while Joseph Camerieri will lead sales and strategy for L1 Fulfillment Solutions
Lenders One Cooperative has added Stephen Boney and Joseph Camerieri to its leadership team as the organization expands its mortgage fulfillment operation.
Boney joins as senior vice president of originations operations, while Camerieri has been named senior vice president of sales and strategy. Both will help lead the expansion of L1 Fulfillment Solutions.
Boney previously held mortgage fulfillment leadership positions at Newrez, Specialized Loan Servicing, PHH, Bank of America, and Merrill Lynch. His experience covers underwriting, processing, closing, post-closing, compliance, and operational transformation.
Camerieri previously served in leadership roles at Maxwell, Mortgage Cadence, LenderLive, FirstKey, and PHH. His background includes private-label lending, enterprise sales, mortgage operations, fulfillment services, and revenue strategy.
“These two industry veterans bring executive experience at all stages of the origination lifecycle that will be key in supporting sustainable success for lenders, helping them improve profitability and reduce costs,” Lenders One President Rick Seehausen said.
L1 Fulfillment Solutions, powered by Altisource Fulfillment Operations, covers functions ranging from loan setup and disclosures through processing, underwriting, closing, post-closing, and quality control. The cooperative serves independent mortgage banks, community banks, and credit unions.
The appointments add operational and sales leadership to Lenders One’s broader effort to become more than a purchasing cooperative. NMP previously reported that the organization’s updated brand and messaging emphasized shared infrastructure and strategic support as independent lenders contend with elevated operating, technology, and compliance costs.
Altisource appointed Seehausen president of Lenders One in February, charging him with expanding membership and scaling the organization’s origination services.
