Mortgage Spirit, a Denver-based loan search and pricing revenue
management engine for the mortgage industry, was launched to
improve the loan origination process by protecting and maximizing
loan officers' profits on every closed-loan transaction.
Mortgage Spirit's three products fully automate the loan search
and pricing process, focusing on revenue management for the loan
officer. These products include BESTPRICE, SMARTPRICE and the
Mortgage Center.
BESTPRICE consolidates the product and pricing selection of
multiple wholesale lenders into a user-friendly pricing engine. It
provides product availability for both eligible and ineligible
wholesale lenders and offers the best price ranking of eligible
wholesale lenders.
SMARTPRICE is a profitability engine that enables loan officers
to determine pricing strategy prior to originating the loan and
protect that strategy throughout the origination process.
SMARTPRICE includes tools for loan originators to better manage
their revenue, closing costs and pre-paids to ensure accuracy
throughout the entire mortgage pricing process, improving the
accuracy between the Good Faith Estimate (GFE) and HUD-I Settlement
Statements specifically.
Mortgage Center is Mortgage Spirit's marketing engine that
enables loan officers to provide live rate information, a Web-based
loan application and other critical mortgage functions.
