StreetLinks National Appraisal Services has announced its
integration with Calyx Software, makers of the award winning Calyx
Point loan origination and processing system. This partnership
allows Point users to order appraisals and receive completed
reports within their loan origination system--eliminating the use
of separate systems and entry of duplicate information. The
integration has been fully tested and is currently operational.
"Through this integration, lenders can launch an appraisal order
with the push of a button. This will reduce processing time and
eliminate errors inherent in duplicate entry," explained Tony
Ebeyer, StreetLinks COO. "With Calyx's reach and reputation, it is
exciting to be in front of everyone using their Point system. This
partnership demonstrates our companies' shared commitment to
leveraging time, cost and compliance."
StreetLinks is a nationwide provider of a full suite of
valuation products that are compliant with HVCC and all current and
pending regulations. "We are excited about StreetLinks' integration
into Point," said Dennis Boggs, Senior Vice President of Business
Development. "Our goal at Calyx is to continue to provide the best
service providers available to Point users."
"We look forward to the opportunity of working with Point users.
We are confident that if we get one order, we will earn their
repeat business," added Tom Hurst, StreetLinks SVP.
StreetLinks, which recently announced expansion of its
Indianapolis based operations center, is an innovator in the
appraisal management marketplace with its industry-first
Certificate of Non-Influence and HVCC Compliance and ValueVault
technology. StreetLinks is the only national appraisal management
company that performs manual staff appraiser quality control review
of every appraisal and offers a 100% warranty of appraisal
quality.
