QuestSoft expands sales team with addition of Cheryl Hemingway

QuestSoft, a provider of compliance software and services to financial institutions has announced the addition of Cheryl Hemingway as senior account manager. In her role, Hemingway will focus on the continued sales growth of Compliance EAGLE, an end-to-end, fully automated compliance platform; HMDA RELIEF; CRA RELIEF and other products. “Cheryl is a very positive, high energy professional with practical financial industry knowledge, along with a track record of developing and maintaining strong customer relationships,” said Leonard Ryan, president of QuestSoft. Hemingway brings more than a decade of experience in account sales and development to the lending industry. Prior to joining QuestSoft, Hemingway was an account executive at St. Louis-based Citigroup, where she was responsible for closing and managing more than 100 active accounts. She also lent her considerable talent to West Hills, Calif.-based Countrywide Home Loans as a strategic account manager tasked with training company representatives and negotiating increased production at targeted accounts. In the loan origination software (LOS) arena, Hemingway served as vice president of regional sales for West Palm Beach, Fla.-based OpenClose. In this role, she developed and expanded the market for OpenClose’s end-to-end mortgage LOS. Hemingway is charged with managing QuestSoft’s eastern regional sales of Compliance EAGLE, which evaluates loan files against the Truth in Lending Act (TILA), as well as federal, state and local consumer and predatory lending laws. Compliance EAGLE also incorporates additional compliance reviews, including the Home Mortgage Disclosure Act (HMDA), Community Reinvestment Act (CRA), Recording Fees calculations and flood determination requirements.
