In the loan origination software (LOS) arena, Hemingway served as vice president of regional sales for West Palm Beach, Fla.-based OpenClose. In this role, she developed and expanded the market for OpenClose’s end-to-end mortgage LOS. Parvesh Sahi, vice president of sales and business development said, “We are excited to add Cheryl to the team. Her proven reputation of understanding lender’s needs in both the secondary market and LOS space, is a great asset in linking Compliance EAGLE and our flagship products for lenders who demand more robust and integrated automated compliance products from a single provider." Hemingway is charged with managing QuestSoft’s eastern regional sales of Compliance EAGLE, which evaluates loan files against the Truth in Lending Act (TILA), as well as federal, state and local consumer and predatory lending laws.
