XINNIX is an industry leader in new originator recruiting, pre-hire screening, comprehensive training and certification testing, leadership development, advanced business development and sales skills, and professional coaching. XINNIX will collaborate with CampusMBA to offer blended learning solutions via live online, live classroom, and correspondent, self-paced study solutions. In addition, Vermillion Consulting Inc., founded by Dale R. Vermillion, will join CampusMBA in providing extensive and proven sales and management training and consulting services. Dale is a prominent international speaker, consultant, author and industry expert. “As our members seek to enhance their business operations and comply with new federal standards, CampusMBA looks forward to expanding our training offerings to incorporate unique and comprehensive training options to meet these goals,” said Paul Green, MBA's senior vice president of corporate relations, education and business development. “By combining customized, relevant curriculum with hands on training, industry professionals will have access to the most effective techniques and tools to compete in this fast paced market environment.” The agreement will enable MBA members to choose from a variety of training programs for both new loan officers and experienced mortgage originators. New loan officers will learn skills such as successful communications and sales practices, relationship building and business planning. Curriculum is also available for experienced mortgage professionals to increase production, develop powerful business plans and implement more effective marketing campaigns through valuable real-world training. Courses are offered for individuals or entire companies with direct interaction with class instructors. “For many years, XINNIX has scrutinized the market to identify the best practices of the most professional, productive and ethical mortgage veterans,' said Casey Cunningham, founder and president of XINNIX Inc. 'We were ecstatic to be recognized by CampusMBA as an educational partner that mirrors their commitment to quality, value and industry excellence. It's an exciting time to provide unparalleled value to the mortgage industry at a time these essential services are needed most.' “It is an honor to partner with CampusMBA to provide our high integrity, customized, practical and proven sales and management training programs as an expansion of their offerings to the mortgage industry,” said Dale R. Vermillion, president and CEO of Vermillion Consulting Inc. “Our commitment is to partner with CampusMBA to equip the mortgage industry with tools and techniques that promote professionalism, establish trust and provide sound advice and guidance in helping today’s borrower obtain a mortgage.” For more information, visit www.campusmba.org, www.dalevermillion.com or www.XINNIX.com.
