The QualityFirst team is lead by Bill De Ridder with 30 years of real estate experience in most aspects of the industry. As a Realtor, he has sold several hundred homes. Additionally Bill worked in the banking industry originating loans and worked in the foreclosure trustee business working with loss mitigators and asset managers.
Kevin R. McCarthy has been actively involved in the practice of real estate related law since 1990, is currently is licensed to practice in the State of California and the Federal Courts of California and Arizona mortgage servicers and lenders in eight western states.
