Mercury Network is an online appraisal vendor management platform (VMP), allowing lenders and appraisal management companies (AMCs) to order and manage appraisals, all while remaining in full compliance with the Home Valuation Code of Conduct (HVCC), Federal Housing Administration (FHA), Gramm-Leach-Bliley Act and Federal Interagency Appraisal Guidelines.
The Oklahoma City-based department is a result of a rapidly growing client base, and provides support for existing clients' expanding appraisal volume. By providing a one-on-one relationship, account reps can offer dedicated Mercury Network and appraisal process assistance to each client, including help with integration support and staff training.
