a la mode opens new division for Mercury Network client relations

Jul 15, 2010

a la mode has announced its new Client Relations Department dedicated exclusively to Mercury Network clients. Mercury Network is an online appraisal vendor management platform (VMP), allowing lenders and appraisal management companies (AMCs) to order and manage appraisals, all while remaining in full compliance with the Home Valuation Code of Conduct (HVCC), Federal Housing Administration (FHA), Gramm-Leach-Bliley Act and Federal Interagency Appraisal Guidelines. The Oklahoma City-based department is a result of a rapidly growing client base, and provides support for existing clients' expanding appraisal volume. By providing a one-on-one relationship, account reps can offer dedicated Mercury Network and appraisal process assistance to each client, including help with integration support and staff training. Each dedicated Account Rep is available during business hours, and every client has access to live, toll-free, expert help around the clock from the Oklahoma City, Okla.-based technical support team in the event of after-hours needs. a la mode has tapped industry veteran, Chris Sullivan, to head the new department. "With over 10 years experience in the origination, processing, and appraisal management industries, Chris is a natural choice to head the department, and a great benefit to our clients," said Adam Calvery, president of a la mode's mortgage solutions division. "Many new Mercury Network clients complain about the lack of service they've received from other providers, so we've placed a top priority on being there for our clients, with true experts, every day, around the clock."
