Kelli Himebaugh promoted to VP of client development for Mortgage Builder

Aug 31, 2010

Mortgage Builder, a leader in loan origination software (LOS) technology for the mortgage industry, has created the new client-focused position and has appointed Kelli Himebaugh vice president, client development to further invest in customer service as the company continues its record-breaking growth streak. Previously Mortgage Builder’s sales manager for the western United States, Himebaugh takes on a role that is a departure from the traditional sales role in many technology companies. As vice president of client development, Himebaugh will work with new clients all the way from product demonstration through the training and implementation phases of the sales cycle. “The last 36 months have seen Mortgage Builder break every sales record in the company’s history," said Bill Mitchell, Mortgage Builder’s vice president for sales. "As we grow, we want to make sure to keep investing in customer service, which has long been part of the Mortgage Builder DNA. Kelli will be the glue for sales and operations that keeps all the parts in place and functioning, and we’ll bypass the typical hand-off that clients would prefer to avoid by focusing instead on a proactive hand-holding approach.” “I am truly excited to take on these new responsibilities,” said Himebaugh. “In addition to the new client experience, I will also be working with existing clients as we roll out new modules and enhancements. Working with people to familiarize them with products, capabilities and new potential to help them grow their businesses is very gratifying. We’re introducing several exciting innovations over the coming months to help clients meet the needs of the new regulatory and competitive environment. After seeing successful results over the last few months in testing this new program, I’m moving full steam ahead.” For more information, visit www.MortgageBuilder.com.
