Nominations are due by March 24

NMP Magazine seeks to recognize companies that are committed to inclusion and helping LGBTQ+ people succeed within the industry and beyond. You've worked hard to extend a helping hand to your LGBTQ+ borrowers and team, and you should be proud. Celebrate your efforts in the June issue of NMP Magazine.

The 2023 PRISM Awards recognize the significant contributions mortgage companies are making to the support of LGBTQ+ people. The award acknowledges the role and importance of corporate involvement when promoting social initiatives.

NMP Magazine is celebrating companies whose efforts have made a positive impact in the lives LGBTQ+ employees, borrowers and communities. Did your company appoint LGBTQ+ allies or set up a LGBTQ+ network? Or maybe your company has formed an LGBTQ+ outreach program for the communities you serve? These efforts come in all shapes and sizes we want to hear them all.

Nominations can be for any company functioning within any aspect of the mortgage industry and demonstrating a strong initiative for inclusion and equality for LGBTQ+ people.
