VanDyk Mortgage Selects GCC Servicing Systems for Automated Servicing Software

Jan 18, 2011

GCC Servicing Systems, a provider of mortgage servicing technology and solutions, has announced that Grand Rapids, Mich.-based VanDyk Mortgage Corporation has selected GCC’s G/SERV platform to fulfill the mortgage banker’s loan servicing needs. VanDyk has closed over $5 billion in mortgage loans since its opening in 1987. It selected GCC based on a referral from a fellow lender, as well as the company’s expertise with Fannie Mae loans. In 2010, the lender increased its servicing volume by 75 percent. GCC’s G/SERV platform helped make this growth possible with automated reporting capabilities that enable VanDyk to automate compliance with investors’ specific requirements, as well as those of federal and state agencies. “GCC’s flexible servicing technology has helped us cut out the middleman and streamline our servicing process,” said Justin McDowell, chief financial officer of VanDyk. “We plan to continue adding loans to our servicing portfolio and this automated system alleviates the need of having additional servicing staff. This saves time and money for both our company and our borrowers.” “It is encouraging to see VanDyk growing in this climate,” said Glenn Liebowitz. “By fully hosting the servicing platform, GCC enables lenders such as VanDyk to experience the benefits of a robust and scalable system, without paying the premium costs of larger providers. This format gives servicers control over their process while not incurring the time and expense of maintenance. We look forward to working with VanDyk and furthering its expansion efforts.” For more information, visit www.gccservicing.com.
