NCCI Selects IndiSoft Technology to Improve Customer Contact Efforts

Apr 05, 2011

IndiSoft, a technology development firm specializing in default management, has announced that National Creditors Collections Inc. (NCCI) has selected RxOffice Loss Mitigation portal to further enhance the company’s field contact efforts. “NCCI recognizes the importance of continually advancing client contact results with homeowners who are having financial challenges and need to explore loss mitigation options,” said Richard Rodriguez, NCCI president and chief executive officer. “We are eager to implement IndiSoft’s RxOffice platform and gain efficiencies with every party in the default management and loss mitigation field services network.” NCCI has a national network of trained field representatives who engage in face-to-face contact with delinquent homeowners. RxOffice Loss Mitigation enables NCCI to successfully contact homeowners who have previously been difficult to reach, and collect the necessary borrower and financial information. This allows NCCI to submit a fully vetted package of information to investors and/or servicers. This further streamlines the loss mitigation process. “By enlisting our award-winning technology, NCCI will enhance its door-knocking campaign and more efficiently manage homeowner information,” said Karun Khanna, chief operating officer of IndiSoft. “This is another strong partnership that will allow us to further improve every aspect of the default management process.”
