Jeremy Woodson Joins MortgageDashboard as Business Development Manager
MortgageDashboard, an on-demand loan origination system (LOS) enabling straight-through, paperless mortgage processing for lenders, credit unions and banks, has announced the hiring of Jeremy Woodson as business development manager. As business development manager, Woodson will be responsible for spearheading sales initiatives to penetrate the mortgage loan origination market among mortgage banks, community banks and credit unions. As part of that task, he is charged with promoting and selling MortgageDashboard’s industry leading cloud computing/Web-based LOS.
“We are very proud to be bringing Jeremy to our team,” said Jorge Sauri, chief information officer at MortgageDashboard. “He brings a level of excellence as a sales manager that is consistent with the quality of service we are striving to deliver to our customers.”
Woodson has previously worked as a loan producer trainer for Financial Industry Computer Systems (FICS) and national account manager for Calyx Software. As a mortgage technology specialist, he has covered end-to-end mortgage banking solutions from loan origination all the way to secondary marketing and servicing.
Woodson began his career as a loan originator, closing loans for the leading mortgage bank of the day, Countrywide Financial. He was honored as the top loan officer in the firm’s acclaimed joint venture division and as a member of the distinguished President’s Council. Woodson was closing as many loans in a month as most loan officers closed in a year. He has since leveraged his first-hand knowledge of the loan origination process in his career as a sales executive for mortgage automation.
Woodson was educated at Trinity University, where he received his bachelor’s degree in economics.
