eLynx Takes Home Top Workplace Honors

Jun 20, 2011

eLynx, a portfolio company of American Capital, has announced that it has been recognized as one of the best places to work in the Greater Cincinnati and Northern Kentucky region by the Cincinnati Enquirer. The Top Workplaces program is conducted by WorkplaceDynamics, which invited Cincinnati headquartered businesses in the Greater Cincinnati and Northern Kentucky region to participate. Over 130 companies participated in the program. WorkplaceDynamics then conducted an extensive confidential survey of all employees of the participating companies, analyzed the responses, and used the results to rank the participating companies. A minimum number of employee responses were required to qualify for a Top Workplaces award. The list was published on Sunday, June 19, and can be viewed online at www.cincinnati.com. “We take great pride in this award,” said Sharon Matthews, eLynx president and chief executive officer. “It is especially meaningful because the selection is based on nomination from our employees and is the result of their confidential survey feedback. We are very pleased that they appreciate eLynx as a fun, rewarding, and challenging place to work. It shows in the quality of their work and in the high level of service and solutions we provide our customers.”
