Jul 21, 2011

Pro Teck Valuation Services has announced that Sarah Baldo has been promoted to the position of vice president of sales, and will report to Ed Hunter, Pro Teck executive director. Baldo joined Pro Teck in 2009 as a senior account manager, responsible for the ongoing satisfaction and growth of existing clients. Her success has led to an expanded role in sales. “Through her understanding of client needs and ability to conceptualize solutions, it was evident that Ms. Baldo’s future was in sales,” said Hunter. “Sarah brings a breadth of experience within the mortgage industry, ranging from borrower qualification, credit risk analysis and loan disposition, to capital markets due diligence and valuations. I am very excited to have her on my team.” Prior to her tenure at Pro Teck Valuation Services, Baldo had been at UBS Investment Bank and Clayton Holdings.
