Lee A. Kidder Joins CCG Catalyst as Practice Group Manager and Senior Consultant
CCG Catalyst has named Lee A. Kidder practice group manager and a senior consultant. In this position, Kidder provides strategic counsel regarding financial institutions’ use of technology. He joins CCG Catalyst with more than 25 years of senior banking and strategic advisory experience, thought leadership and visibility.
Prior to joining CCG Catalyst, Kidder was founder of a bank advisory firm dedicated to strategic planning consulting. Previously, he served as a chief strategy officer for Fiserv, where he was responsible for strategic planning and annual planning programs for all business units within the organization’s primary operational groups; research director at Needham, Mass.-based TowerGroup where he delivered strategic thought leadership through research papers, articles in industry media, presentations and primary research and advisory consultations for clients; and a senior vice president, technology and operations for BankBoston/FleetBoston Financial now Bank of America.

Kidder earned his bachelor’s degree at Yale University, magna cum laude, and a masters of business administration at Harvard University.
