DecisionReady Brings Its DRAW Compliance Solution to the Android Market

Oct 11, 2011

DecisionReady, a provider of default servicing compliance solutions, has announced that its policy and process compliance technology solution, DRAW, is now Android-compatible. Users will now have easier access to production numbers, dashboards and other important data with the ability to view the information on Android-based handhelds. “Today’s busy executives need to conduct business while on the go,” said Ravi Ramanathan, president and CEO of DecisionReady. “This expanded functionality will enable servicing professionals to keep tabs on the operational assembly line by viewing dashboards and summary reports at any time, from anywhere. The load management for queues and user management are also available to team leaders so they can reconfigure user priorities in real time for more efficient processing.”  In making its technology accessible via Android-based mobile devices, DecisionReady optimized technology components to allow for an information layout that is easily viewed on a smaller screen. The company also created more efficient data packet sizing to facilitate quicker transmissions and response times. “Making our technology Android-compatible is part of our ongoing commitment to offer the latest in technology,” said Claudia Sanchez, DecisionReady’s CIO. “We are always seeking to adapt to our software users’ needs to help them conduct business in today’s challenging environment.” DecisionReady does not expect the new Android functionality to replace servicing associates’ desktops for transactional processing, but to serve as a convenient way for executives to check servicing data quickly and easily, no matter where they are located.
