Feb 10, 2012

Carrington Capital Management LLC, a subsidiary of Carrington Holding Company LLC, and American Home Mortgage Servicing Inc. (AHMSI) have announced that they have entered into an agreement that brings to a close the action filed by Carrington against AHMSI in 2009 and resolves the disputes reflected in the action, along with any other disputes between the parties in the past. Terms of the agreement are confidential. "We look forward to a productive relationship with AHMSI going forward," said Carrington Founder and Chief Executive Officer Bruce Rose. "The market has changed dramatically over the past few years, and both companies have decided that we're better off working together than fighting past battles."
