Ernst and Property Information Services Partner on Compliant Title Solutions

Mar 13, 2012

Ernst Publishing Company has announced today that the company is now providing Guaranteed Title and Custom Title Network Solutions through a new partnership with Property Information Services, a Stewart Guaranty Title Company. The new alliance allows Ernst to provide custom, underwriter neutral solutions using the title rates that lenders expect from the title providers they work with today. When a lender needs a new title provider, Ernst can provide a title agent who guarantees their premiums, endorsements and title service fees. “We understand that one of the biggest challenges lenders face related to RESPA compliance is providing guaranteed title rates on the GFE,” said Greg Teal, president and chief executive officer of Ernst Publishing. “We have now solved that problem. We’re very proud of our partnership with Property Information Services and proud to offer title solutions that enable our clients to maintain their existing client relationships in as many places as they want, anywhere in the nation, at little to no extra cost.” The cost to establish the custom network is minimal, Teal said, and in some cases may be limited to search fees. Solutions are available via the web, XML, and DLL solutions with response times of less than ¼ second.
