WFG National Title of Washington, a Seattle-based subsidiary of WFG National Title Insurance Company, has named Tom Hollenbeck as its senior acount manager for the Lender Division. Hollenbeck will drive business development in the mortgage lending segment for WFG National Title of Washington. He brings to the company 23 years of industry experience, all with one of the nation’s largest title insurance companies. He was most recently a senior account manager there, maintaining lender relationships in King and Pierce counties of Washington State. He has eight years of sales and marketing experience in the Portland market, and four additional years as a county manager in both Kittitas County and Pierce County, Wash. Hollenbeck spent 11 years as the western region sales manager, where he oversaw the sales and marking of the underwriter’s multi product line. “Tom comes to WFG with the superior level of expertise and professionalism that our clients have come to rely upon,” said Lynn Riedel, president and chief operating officer of WFG National Title of Washington. “He has a reputation for identifying his clients’ needs, and exceeding their expectations. Tom gets it—our role is to take time and cost out of the real estate transaction.”
