Sep 28, 2012

Axacore Inc., a provider of Electronic Document Management and fax solutions, is proud to announce that RPM Mortgage has selected Axacore for their Electronic Document Management needs. Axacore’s Enterprise solution will provide RPM with the high availability and performance that is required to maintain maximum operational efficiencies. Axacore’s enterprise EDM solution will enable RPM to dynamically capture, index, manage and deliver all paper and electronic documents that flow in and out of their office. “We’re honored to have the opportunity to work with RPM and their new LOS,” said Steve DeBlasio, national sales manager for Axacore. “RPM’s commitment to providing excellent customer service through operational efficiencies makes them an ideal user of our platform.” Axacore will allow RPM to continue to operate in a paperless environment and maintain efficiency throughout the loan process. “We looked at many offerings and decided that Axacore was the best fit,” said Ben Chaffin, CIO of RPM. “We previously used the Axacore platform as provided by our previous LOS. Being able to transition without having to retrain our users as well as having the opportunity to access additional features made for an easy decision. We are growing and the scalability and flexibility of Axacore’s enterprise platform will grow with us.”
