DocMagic Inc. has announced that Tim Anderson, a well-known advocate of electronic commerce and eMortgages, has joined the company as head of the firm’s new eServices Division. In his new role, Anderson will help DocMagic grow its market share as the industry continue to adopt electronic means of fulfillment.   “Tim was among the first to see the benefits in electronic documents, signatures and fulfillment,” said Dominic Iannitti, president and CEO of DocMagic Inc. “With more of our clients adopting and embracing our electronic offerings, now was the perfect time to bring Tim aboard and let him continue his work of sharing the eMortgage value proposition with the rest of the industry.” Anderson brings 30-plus years of industry experience to DocMagic, having worked on both the lender and the vendor side of the business. He has held management positions at LPS, Stewart, Fidelity, Freddie Mac, Dexma and Homeside Lending, where he ran the eCommerce Division. He was the original founder of the eMortgage Alliance, which promoted MISMO standards for delivering legal paperless processes.  “After years of promoting the concept of all electronic lending, the time is finally right to put it into place in the mortgage industry,” Anderson said. “I’m not surprised that it’s DocMagic customers who are the first to move in this direction. These originators are used to innovation, they embrace it and have come to rely on DocMagic to deliver it. I’m very excited to be joining this team.”
