Total Mortgage Opens New Connecticut Office

Total Mortgage Services LLC has announced that it has opened a new retail office in Ridgefield, Conn. to offer personalized mortgage lending services to borrowers in Ridgefield and the surrounding Connecticut and New York communities. Senior Loan Officer Lou-Ann Daprato will manage the new office and work closely with local borrowers, real estate agents, accountants, lawyers and other referral partners to provide mortgage solutions and service . “Total Mortgage has been helping borrowers throughout Connecticut and New York for over 16 years, with a 100 percent commitment to providing borrowers with right mortgage, most competitive interest rate and highest quality service,”said John Walsh, president of Total Mortgage. “Lou-Ann is a perfect fit to lead our new office, not only because of her local ties to the area, but also her passion for the mortgage business and her personal integrity.”                           The new office, located at 23 Catoonah Street in Ridgefield, Conn., will offer personalized mortgage lending services to borrowers in Danbury, New Canaan, Redding, Ridgefield and Wilton, Conn., and  North Salem, South Salem, Pound Ridge and Brewster, N.Y. Daprato assumes her leadership role of the Ridgefield office after working for Total Mortgage as a senior loan officer inside Keller Williams Realty’s Ridgefield and Danbury, Conn. offices. Daprato, a former principal with Hamilton Ladd Home Loans, has been in banking since 1981. A resident and staple of the mortgage business in and around Ridgefield, Daprato is also licensed in New York, New Jersey, Florida, and Massachusetts. Daprato, who is active in community organizations, sits on the Advisory Board of the Women's Center of Greater Danbury and Founders Hall of Ridgefield.  She also is on the Executive Committee of the Ridgefield Chamber of Commerce and is currently serving as Vice President of BNI.
