Churchill Mortgage Continues Growth With 16 New Additions

Churchill Mortgage has announced the promotions of 16 employees to leadership positions within its headquarters in Brentwood, Tenn. Newly appointed district manager of Middle Tennessee, Kevin Watson develops Churchill’s presence and growth in Brentwood, as well as its branches in Mt. Juliet, Murfreesboro and Benton, Ark. With more than 20 years of mortgage industry experience, Watson was previously Churchill’s Middle Tennessee regional sales manager, overseeing multiple branches and heading Churchill’s Realtor Specialty Team, which facilitates the development of the loan officer and Real Estate Agent’s relationship with each buyer at any stage of their homebuying process. Formerly branch sales coach for Churchill’s Middle Tennessee branches, 14-year industry veteran Chris Bowser is now the Middle Tennessee sales manager. In his new role, Bowser is responsible for expanding Churchill’s presence and growing its Tennessee branches in Brentwood, Mt. Juliet, Murfreesboro, as well as its Benton, Ark. branch.  Churchill also promoted Heidi McQuaig and John Lann. With nearly two decades of experience, McQuaig is Churchill’s newest processing manager. Previously an assistant operations manager, she manages all aspects of loan production and facilitates quick processing times. Former processing manager at its Brentwood, Tenn. branch, Lann is now Churchill’s newest branch operations manager. In his role, Lann supports existing staff while training new employees to strengthen recruiting and foster growth. Also, in her new role of underwriting support manager, Brenda Pearson manages the underwriting process and provides senior underwriting support and branch underwriting support. Elizabeth Wright is now lock desk manager, taking on an expanded role of managing correspondent investor relationships and training. Wright also serves on the secondary marketing team and will continue to promote Churchill’s value and commitment to its clients. Also currently serving on the secondary marketing team, Courtney Bright’s new role as licensing manager increases her responsibilities in pricing analytics, product development and new investor relationships. Churchill also named Scott DeNicholas as technical support manager. As the lender’s newest pipeline manager, Grant McFarland is responsible for prospecting new borrowers and expanding Churchill’s business and Terry Tuck is its newest underwriting manager. Tuck will manage newly appointed underwriting team leaders Cynthia Caruso, Kelley Thomas and Raylene Wendt. In addition, Churchill promoted Clint Johnston and Melissa Pool to processing team leaders and Marquista Webster to sales support team leader. “Strong leadership is indispensable to our ability to recruit, train and ultimately continue growing while also continuing to serve our borrowers and their communities,” said Mike Hardwick, founder and president of Churchill Mortgage. “The dedication of these individuals is a primary reason for many of our achievements and we are excited to expand their roles and leverage their expertise as we work toward future success.”
