Rick Roque Joins RFC as VP of Business Development

Residential Finance has appointed Rick Roque as vice president of business development. Roque is focused on expanding the company’s retail branches, and on growing business through third-party affiliates.  His new role also includes enhancing business relationships with strategic partners in the mortgage and housing industries. “Great organizations are built with great people, and that’s exactly what we’ve found with Rick,” said Daniel Jacobs, managing director of retail branching at Residential Finance. “The addition of Rick to the Residential Finance team significantly enhances our retail branching growth strategy. He is known throughout the industry as a resourceful person with a can-do attitude.” Prior to joining Residential Finance, Roque was senior vice president of growth and strategy at Prime Source Mortgage in Oklahoma City, Oklahoma. He has also served as national sales and business manager for Calyx Software in Dallas, and was a consultant for Ellie Mae in Pleasanton, California. “I’m pleased to be working with the team at Residential Finance, a group of top-notch experts in the mortgage business,” Roque said. “I was drawn to Residential Finance’s emphasis on serving consumers, as well as its commitment to employees.”
