Genworth Expands Sales Team Nationwide

Genworth U.S. Mortgage Insurance (USMI) has announced several recent additions and changes to its experienced sales team in locations nationwide. John LaMagna was recently promoted to the role of national accounts manager, where he will strengthen and deepen business relationships with large customers. LaMagna, based in Pittsburgh, has served customers in Pennsylvania, West Virginia and parts of New York for more than 12 years. He also is serving a two-year term as Pennsylvania state delegate for the Mortgage Bankers Association (MBA). Josh Barcomb joined the sales team as an account manager for Georgia. He formerly was an account development manager based in Raleigh, N.C., and has 10 years experience. Scott Edgin was named account manager serving customers in Colorado and Wyoming. He formerly led inside sales for Genworth USMI, and has more than 11 years experience. He is based in Colorado Springs, Colo. Jorge Caceres was named director of inside sales. Based in Raleigh, N.C., he leads a multi-member team responsible for clients across the U.S. He has 12 years experience with Genworth USMI, including several leadership positions in marketing and product development. Greg Williams, based in Pittsburgh, Pa., was named an account manager serving customers in Western Pennsylvania, West Virginia and Buffalo, N.Y. He has eight years of experience serving retail and wholesale accounts in the mortgage industry. Dave Stagnitti joined the sales team as account executive for upstate New York and Vermont. He has more than 20 years experience in the mortgage banking industry, and is an avid aircraft pilot. Carmen Richardson returns to Genworth USMI as an account manager serving customers in Northern California. Her 20 years of experience includes prior positions in sales with Genworth, correspondent lending sales, and as an account manager for Fannie Mae. Maggie Mello recently was named an account representative in Southern California, as part of our team helping to support customers and grow market share in the Orange County and San Diego markets. “Genworth USMI has remained a key partner for mortgage lenders by delivering superior customer service,” said Matt Young, senior vice president of sales for Genworth USMI. “We continue to invest in our people and processes so we can better understand our customers’ needs and deliver additional value beyond our competitive price.”
