Steve Erb Joins Bell Mortgage as Senior Loan Officer

Steve Erb has been hired as a senior loan officer for Bell Mortgage, a division of Bell State Bank & Trust. Among his duties, Erb will originate mortgage loans and build new relationships with referral partners while upholding Bell Mortgage’s excellent reputation as a leader in the mortgage industry. “I chose Bell Mortgage specifically because it is so well respected among members of the real estate community,” says Erb. “Bell Mortgage executes better than any other company and that’s why top producing agents in our market refer their buyers to us.” Erb has been a mortgage originator for 23 years, 10 of which he owned his own mortgage company.  In 2011 and 2012, Erb was nominated a Super Mortgage Professional, an honor compiled by Mpls.
