LenderLive Names Deborah Holm VP and Client Relations Manager

LenderLive Network Inc. has named Deborah “Deb” Holm vice president and client relationship manager. In her position, she facilitates LenderLive Settlement Services’ account strategy, implementation, retention and governance efforts. Prior to joining LenderLive, Holm was the owner of PointeStar Advisors, LLC where she spearheaded business development and client relations in the default space as well as provided coaching and mentoring to REO professionals. She was also vice president of business development at Stewart Asset Recovery, a division of Stewart Lender Services. Holm spent several years with First American Corporation in various divisions, including REO Servicing, National Default, Lenders Advantage and Direct Title Operations. She left First American as vice president of REO Servicing/ National Default Title.

Holm is a member of REOMAC, a past member of the National Association of REO Brokers and was a licensed realtor with Prudential in Salt Lake City. She was awarded the Salt Lake Board of Realtors Affiliate of the Year in 2000 and the First American Distinguished Leader Award in 1999.
