Norcom Promotes Tyler Rhea to Branch Production Manager

Norcom Mortgage is excited to announce that Tyler Rhea has been promoted to the position of branch production manager, a newly added position to the Connecticut-based company. Rhea will oversee Norcom’s 16 existing branches, as well as their branch expansion initiative. His new responsibilities include recruiting new branch opportunities, traveling to existing branches for training, as well as serving as the main point of contact for assisting with production. “I strongly believe in the growth, the people and the culture of Norcom," said Rhea. "We have an incredible branch team and I am excited to work closely with the branches to drive production. I also cannot wait to share with LO's across the country how our branch model cultivates success and profits.“ Rhea has been working at Norcom for the past four years in the Wholesale Lending Department as the assistant vice president of Wholesale Lending and as an account executive. Rhea has been an invaluable asset in helping Norcom develop and grow its wholesale channel in New England to $100 million a year in closed loans. Alongside his accomplishments at Norcom, Rhea is also an active member of both the Massachusetts and Rhode Island Mortgage Banker Associations.
