Venkatasubramanian Krishnan, vice president, India Mortgage Operations for Indecomm Global Services has been awarded the Path to Diversity scholarship through Campus MBA and the Mortgage Bankers Association (MBA). This award is given to industry professionals who seek advancement and professional growth in mortgages and come from diverse backgrounds. It is granted through the auspices of CampusMBA, which serves as the educational division of MBA. The winner is given a voucher, which can be applied to various CampusMBA courses.
“Indecomm prides itself on its intellectual leadership and Krishnan has given a strong demonstration of the qualities which we value most,” said Rajan Nair, president, Financial Services, Indecomm Global Services. “This award shows clearly that Krishnan has a strong personal commitment to the mortgage industry.”
The scholarship award is under of the stewardship of the Scholarship Award Task Force. This group reviews candidate applications, including application packages and determination of eligibility, and examines essay question answers as well as letters of recommendation.
The intent of the award is to advance diversity in the industry through promoting the careers of employees from under-represented segments. With these efforts, the MBA, employers, and the community at large are brought into closer relations.
Krishnan has over 23 years of extensive global experience in banking, financial services, business processes, and technology. He heads a 500 member operations team for mortgage services and is also responsible for five delivery centers where he develops novel operations with innovative technologies.
