John H.P. Hudson Named VP of Regulatory Affairs for PNL

Premier Nationwide Lending (PNL) has named John H.P. Hudson as its new vice president of regulatory affairs. Hudson’s new role will utilize his vast knowledge of mortgage regulations and legislation to not only help Premier navigate through the changing regulatory landscape, but also create educational opportunities for PNL employees, clientele, as well as consumers.
“Education is the key,” said Brad Sullivan, CEO of Premier Nationwide Lending, “John’s experience, knowledge and commitment to the industry will only help all of us create a better experience for the end user of our product, the consumer. It is important for every person involved with the home loan process to be on the same page as far as the rules are concerned. John is the right person for the job.”
Hudson has worked with Premier Nationwide Lending since 2002, most recently as area manager for central and south Texas over retail, wholesale and correspondent mortgage production. During this time, Hudson was also the Government Affairs Chairman for NAMB—The Association of Mortgage Professionals and worked with regulators, legislators and lobbyists in Washington D.C. on mortgage regulation and laws. John also testified before the House Financial Services Committee on the impact of the Dodd-Frank Act.

He will continue to manage retail, wholesale and correspondent production for PNL.
