VirPack Relocates to Accommodate Corporate Growth

Aug 06, 2013

Responding to growth in its customer base for VirPack’s document management and eDelivery solutions, the company has relocated its corporate headquarters into a larger office space in McLean, Va. The new office houses VirPack’s recently expanded team and includes space for a new training center, dedicated to customer training. In the past year VirPack’s staff has grown 22 percent to support a significant increase in its customer base. “The steady growth of our organization, driven by the increased demand for our industry leading paperless solutions, has given us the opportunity to expand our offices,” said Michael Coar, president and CEO. “Our expanded space accommodates additional VirPack team members while also providing additional capacity for future growth, including the launch of our customer training facility.” The training center will accommodate onsite classes for VirPack’s paperless document management and investor delivery system, including its automated document recognition and indexing features and web services API. With the completion of the training center build-out, VirPack will be providing regularly scheduled training classes covering all aspects of the use and administration of its solutions. “Driven by customer feedback, our new training facility located within VirPack’s headquarters will complement our industry leading on-location training programs,” said Cy Brinn, chief operating officer. “Many lenders find it beneficial to remove their teams from the hectic cycle of day-to-day loan operations to participate in dedicated off-site training, and our 16-seat facility now offers that option.”
