Hammerhouse LLC has announced that it has hired Jason Kutcher and Eric Pennell as strategic growth partners and Scott Hollo as junior recruiter to support client growth and expand the company’s national mortgage sales recruiting infrastructure. “As our clients expand their production and operations teams across the U.S., Hammerhouse is hiring experienced professionals as well as younger and mid-career talent commitment to setting a new standard for recruiting in the mortgage industry,” said Drew Waterhouse, managing director of Hammerhouse. “We are pleased to have Jason and Eric join our team, both who will immediately be able to step in and support our clients. Scott is a great model-match for Hammerhouse and will be instrumental in recruiting the next generation of younger originators that will help lead the mortgage industry forward." Kutcher joins Hammerhouse from a national mortgage banker were he focused on mortgage sales recruiting across a number of different markets and developed significant relationships throughout the mortgage industry. Kutcher has deep experience in meeting the long term business goals of both producers and lenders and has detailed knowledge of the recruiting due diligence process that candidates must experience when evaluating a potential change. Kutcher will be based in Hammerhouse’s Mission Viejo, Calif. office and report to VP, strategic growth partner Grant Lupo to help support clients throughout the U.S. Pennell comes to Hammerhouse with significant management experience after a total of 15 years in the restaurant industry. During his career, Pennell has demonstrated the ability to establish strong relationships across various groups of professional through proactive communication and deliver best-in-class customer service. Pennell understands how to effectively research, advise and consult people through work-related processes. Pennell will be based in Hammerhouse’s Hickory, North Carolina office and work directly with managing partner Eric Levin and the company’s east coast team supporting existing clients. Hollo joins Hammerhouse with a strong background in customer service in the food services industry. During his career, Hollo has demonstrated attention to detail and a desire to build relationships with customer, which is a direct compliment to Hammerhouse’s Model-Matching methodology. Hollo will be based in the Hickory, N.C. office and work with managing partner, Eric Levin, strategic growth partner Iva Anderson and the company’s east coast team to help identify new model-match opportunities for the clients and candidates.
