Mortgage Master has announced that it has opened a new retail branch location in Vienna, Va., covering communities in Northern Virginia, including Fairfax and Loudon counties as well as the Washington, D.C. Metro market. In conjunction with the opening of the new Vienna retail branch, Susan Blackmore was named branch manager, and is responsible for building relationships with real estate agents, accountants, lawyers, and other referral partners to provide borrowers some of the lowest rates available and highest quality service. In addition, Blackmore is being mandated with growing the Vienna retail branch by hiring experienced loan officers to help borrowers purchase or refinance a home.

Blackmore, a McLean, Va. resident, joins Mortgage Master with more than 30 years of mortgage banking experience as a residential loan originator, underwriter, and sales manager. Most recently, Blackmore was the Mid-Atlantic Area mortgage sales manager at HSBC, where she managed mortgage originators in Maryland, Virginia, District of Columbia, Pennsylvania and Delaware. Prior to this position, Blackmore held numerous regional leadership and sales management positions with leading mortgage lenders across the U.S. including Providential Bancorp, Sierra Pacific Home Loans, Freedom Mortgage, Fidelity & Trust Mortgage, American Home Mortgage, Washington Mutual and Home Savings of America.
