WFG Names Robert Horvat Senior VP

WFG National Title Insurance Company added Robert Horvat to serve as senior vice president of Northwest Operations and Divisional Counsel. WFG National Title is a full service provider of title insurance and real estate settlement services for lender, commercial and residential transactions nationwide. Horvat will primarily support WFG National Title’s Oregon and Washington title operations. In his role, he will offer underwriting, claims and general legal counsel; provide internal and outside training and support all aspects of daily operations. Horvat comes to WFG National Title with over 27 years of experience in transactional real estate, business and finance, including a tenure as a partner with one of the largest law firms in the nation. His expertise includes multi-million dollar commercial and residential real estate transactions as well as the formation, purchase, operation, sale, merger, conversion and liquidation of businesses. Horvat has served as lead counsel for national and regional lenders and borrowers in sophisticated real property and asset secured financing transactions.
