MortgageFlex Systems Inc. has announced that Laura White has joined their professional services team. White has over eighteen years of experience in the development and analysis of loan origination software. She comes to MortgageFlex from a successful career at Fiserv Inc. and UniFi Inc., where she served as a product manager, senior sales support, implementation specialist/business analyst, and customer support manager.

To optimize their customer’s experience, MortgageFlex hired White to lay “fresh eyes” on the current implementation process and to review existing implementation tools applying best practices philosophy wherever possible. The company feels that this review effort will more closely integrate current mortgage lending business needs into their implementation efforts.
White’s efforts include gathering best methods from senior business analysts and project managers and incorporating them into the standard delivery methodology, creating a terms glossary and bringing the staff on board with the revised process.
“In the brief time that Laura has been here, she has already gained the respect of the team and we plan to draw from her abilities to hone our processes. Her endeavors include analyzing best practices that we currently employ and modeling an updated implementation process that will improve the customer experience in every phase of implementation,” said Craig Bechtle, chief operating officer, MortgageFlex Systems.
