Grandbridge Names Purvesh Gosalia VP and Commercial Loan Originator

Grandbridge Real Estate Capital has hired Purvesh Gosalia as a vice president and commercial loan originator. Gosalia is an experienced commercial real estate finance and investment professional specializing in originating commercial/multifamily debt and structured finance. He has originated, structured and managed more than $1 billion in commercial/multifamily transactions in the past eight years. Before joining Grandbridge, Gosalia served as a senior producer in multifamily production and sales origination for Freddie Mac in McLean, Va. He also has experience as a relationship manager, senior analyst and real estate consultant specializing in strategic stabilization of non-performing federally regulated financial institutions and the disposition of large national commercial real estate and multifamily assets for the FDIC. Gosalia, who earned his bachelor’s degree in finance and real estate from Wayne State University, is a member of the Mortgage Bankers Association, Risk Management Association and Water 1st International.
