Stonegate Expands Into Texas Market

Stonegate Mortgage Corporation announced the opening of a new branch in Southlake, Texas. Spearheading the new Southlake office is Branch Manager Kathleen McElroy DeRogatis. She has more than 25 years of experience in the mortgage lending industry, specializing in FHA, VA, USDA, Conventional and Home Improvement loans. Joining DeRogatis will be a talented team of employees with a combined 50 years of industry experience. The group will conduct business in the cities of Southlake, Grapevine, Keller, HEB, Flower Mound and Coppell. “Stonegate’s achievements in the retail market have allowed our business to expand to Texas and the Dallas Fort Worth market,” said Senior Vice President of Retail Mortgage Lending Mark Etchison.  “I am confident that Kathleen and her team will bring Stonegate’s dedication to superior customer service to the area.
