LenderLive Appoints Crittenden VP of Sales For GuardianDocs Division

LenderLive Network Inc. has appointed Bob Crittenden as vice president of sales for its GuardianDocs division. Crittenden brings more than 20 years of industry experience to GuardianDocs and is responsible for overseeing the division’s business development. Prior to joining GuardianDocs, Crittenden was a senior account executive for Xerox Business Services. During his tenure, he was responsible for growing revenue and profitability of major and mid-tier accounts within the financial services industry. “As we expand our newly rebranded GuardianDocs division, it is vital to bring on individuals with  solid industry knowledge who can play an impactful role in our expansion,” said Jonathan Kunkle, president of  GuardianDocs. “Bob is an industry veteran with a very successful and deeply experienced mortgage and documents background . He will be instrumental in continuing the momentum and sustaining the growth that we are experiencing. Crittenden added, “This growth has been fueled lately by the lending industry looking for sustainable, audit-ready vendors. In addition to realizing our products can improve our clients’ business operations, our compliance with CFPB third-party oversight requirements is tenured and proven. ” Earlier in his career, Crittenden was the vice president of post-production operations for HomeBanc Mortgage Corporation in Atlanta and also served as the vice president of production for RBMG, Inc., a residential mortgage bank in Jacksonville, Fla. Crittenden earned a bachelor’s degree from the University of Georgia in Athens, Ga., and is a member of the Mortgage Bankers Association (MBA).
