V.I.P. Mortgage Inc. has announced they are expanding their team with the addition of Steve Miksta. Miksta, who is licensed in Arizona, California, Colorado and Illinois, will be bringing with him Jason Randolph and Dina Haselip, who both have had a big impact on the success of The Miksta Team over the past several years. Originally from the north suburbs of Chicago, Miksta has called the Valley his home for nearly a decade. He is also involved in the Phoenix 20/30 Club, a philanthropic group focused on raising money for underprivileged children in Arizona.
“The mortgage business has so much potential for better communication, better customer service and an overall better experience from today’s technologies and automation that is available in other industries,” said Keith Teegardin, vice president/sales manager at V.I.P. “Steve has built a one-of-a-kind system incorporating accountability, follow up, and check lists, which enables his team to run efficiently. His proven software implementation, commonly used with Fortune 500 companies, will be integrated into V.I.P.'s current efficient methodology, and I am excited to work with this sharp-minded business man.”
“Steve is a process thinker, innovative to the business, and brings unparalleled experience to our team,” said V.I.P. Founder and President Jay Barbour. “Customers and Realtors working with Steve value the control that's created during each transaction, as well as the exceptional knowledge he and his team offer when presenting the different financial options that work best for each individual client.”
